Alert email on the product reception delay is welcome. 4 extra screws (unnecessary, they are expensive) the assembly instructions are not explicit enough about the orientation to give to the central piece. The only real flaw: connecting to Dropbox requires accepting a 30-day free trial but with a tacit subscription with credit card registration. So the first contact with Ripaton is to struggle to cancel this subscription. Not cool and really unfortunate.
