Customer reviews of RIPATON

Satisfied with my purchase

I answered on trust. To summarize, great in every way.

Nice design and beautiful quality.

Top products and customer service

A simply impeccable service! I received my table legs and they are simply magnificent. The quality is truly there, the work is of great finesse and careful in every detail. Given the level of demand, the price is more than reasonable. Special mention to the customer service which is ultra responsive: 24 hours after placing the order, I realized that I had made a mistake with the color. I sent an email to change from white to black, and the change was taken into account extremely quickly without any issues. The shipping was very fast and the packaging particularly careful. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Very fast delivery and the product matches the description.

I came across this company by chance while researching online and I absolutely do not regret it. The product lines are elegant and of high quality. Moreover, you are located in - and for me, that is important. Keep working as you do. Thank you for everything.

Shelf received and the powder coating is slightly damaged on one side of the shelf.

the ordered product being available, the package arrived very very quickly and these furniture legs are very beautiful!

The material is solid, easy to assemble, durable and aesthetic.

I am very satisfied with the coffee table legs I ordered, from the website to the delivery and especially the product treated with professionalism, I thank you and recommend you without reservation.

Quality bathroom products (wall supports) but it's a significant budget.

I ordered an Intrépide table structure on the Ripaton website. On the site, the photos show welded internal joints. However, when I received the product, the internal joints were not welded. I informed customer service, who told me that it was their normal manufacturing process, that the photos were "non-contractual" and that no refund or return would be granted. However, on an e-commerce site, the photos are the only element the customer can rely on to make a purchase. Declaring them non-contractual after the sale amounts to undermining the legal guarantee of conformity. I sent a second registered letter, which, to this day, has not been picked up.

Very beautiful quality up to what I expected. Thank you

Received the coffee table base in perfect condition, in time, thank you!

Delighted with our purchase (spider table leg in gold metal). Very nice finish and perfect delivery.

I can see that the product is of good quality, I think I was unlucky to get the piece with a defect (the metal/paint damaged on the edge of the shelf). However, the shelf is functional, the look is very nice, and despite this small defect I think it's worth supporting a company with French production.

Our table leg is perfect

Very qualitative !!!

Respected deadlines, in line with my expectations. I recommend without hesitation, very happy with my Ambitieux structure.

Very good and fast delivery. Good service, keep it up. Thank you very much.

Delivery and product great!

Material conforms to the description and is of good quality.

Easy to access site. Delivery a bit chaotic. We are very happy with the product despite the fact that we have not yet assembled it because we have not yet received the chain plate.

I am delighted very beautiful quality. I ordered a custom round pedestal 93 cm high in cream color! quality delivery

Two weeks of waiting and missing parts: this is a lack of seriousness and professionalism.

I ordered custom electric blue table legs: they are really very beautiful, I am very happy! Mini downside on the announced delivery time: the site, before ordering, specified a "delivery" within 2 weeks, in reality this is the manufacturing time, so I was delivered a little later (about 3 weeks), but it ultimately did not impact the ongoing project. In terms of communication, I really find the company great: - I had requested more information by email about the delivery date after 2 weeks and I received a precise and very quick response. - I had indicated that it was not great, for customer information, to state "delivery within 15 days" and I see that it is now specified on the site "manufacturing within 15 days". It is appreciated to see that small feedback (even if I am aware that they can be seen as unnecessary) is taken into consideration and I am really very satisfied with my experience with RIPATON.

Very satisfied with the table legs Easy to assemble Exemplary delivery packaging I would like to have a contact for bench legs and the legs of a rolling cart. Thank you Best regards, Pascal Veyssiere

The packages should be delivered to the door because they are very heavy otherwise everything is perfect.

French manufacturing, very well made site, super quality for a reasonable price, delivered in a few days ...and delighted with the result! In short, go there with complete confidence. (Order of legs to transform an old tabletop into a coffee table)

Superb experience. Beautiful, qualitative and competitive and made in France I recommend

Beautiful hangers: aesthetic, modern and timeless, designed for a lifetime.

impeccable

product in accordance with my order, received on time!

Very good quality of products and very fast shipping. I take away one star for the finishes that could be improved (the holes in the pads in my case). I recommend!

Hyper satisfied with Ripaton products, robust and aesthetic as well as the speed of shipping and after-sales service (small issue with the choice of a relay point quickly resolved by Marie whom I thank infinitely)

I am very satisfied with my order. The 3 rectangular legs I ordered are of very good quality and the finish is perfect. The waiting time between the order and the availability was very short, barely 10 days. The customer service is top-notch. I had a very bad experience with the site "La Fabrique des pieds". The company Ripaton is clearly above on all points. I highly recommend Ripaton. I will order from them without hesitation as soon as I need to.

Delivery speed, and excellent value for money

Everything is in line with my expectations. It's perfect.
