I am disappointed with the loyalty program you offer to your best customers. Every time I place an order, the next day I receive enticing offers to benefit from this or that advantage which I don't necessarily see the value in. On the other hand, I have a cousin who placed a single order for a polo last month and received an Adidas All Blacks sports bag as a gift! It's up to you to judge. They concern all our customers and are often linked to commercial events such as sales, French Days, or other special operations. Therefore, it may happen that you receive an offer shortly after placing an order, without it being related to your customer status or your purchase history.
Regarding the Adidas All Blacks sports bag that your cousin supposedly received as a gift, it seems there is a confusion with another brand. At Ruckfield, we do not offer this type of item as a gift.
