Serious company

Ordered the new sp10s in the pre-sale. Delivery was delayed up to 2 times. But needed the tablet for vacation and Sailproof loaned me an 8 inch one (Jean-Michel) Super service!!! Delivered the sp10s now. Hope to use them soon. But expect as good as the 8 inch.

I waited a long time for delivery, but it was worth it. The tablet is really robust, I installed navionics maps and it works great! A great thing is the LED that warns of 20% battery capacity!

The tablet is ok.If you use a wifi transponder with ais and gps you have to turn of the internal gps of the tablet. Now it is working well

I am a professional skipper, looking to Sailproof for a professional, sailing-specific and alternative support to the conventional I-Pad.

I am currently communicating with the support team because of some anomalies regarding the battery and the Gps: I can say that although initially these anomalies have weakened my pleasure of having finally found the tablet tailored for sailors, the cooperation and willingness' to solve the problem that the Sailproof team is demonstrating is proving to be excellent.

It's not a given to find a company so willing to help the customer.

I have confidence that we will solve the anomalies found and pleasure, as soon as the problem is solved, to be able to use this innovative product for sailing, which was previously missing in the market.

Order conforms, shipment on time. Everything is perfect!

It records my track but more often than not it does not show my current speed . For the money not impressed.

Works great but the battery does drain rather fast

Found the Sailproof team to be very accommodating. Bought a 10” tablet. Had an intermittent problem with it not maintaining a WiFi connection, but they got back to me and after several sets of correspondence, the problem seemed to resolve itself. The tablet is good and I use it in conjunction a partner of theirs, SavvyNavvy which you can get 50% off their Elite Subscription. I also bought the Rokk tablet mount which I mounted on a bock on top of my sliding canopy and which holds the tablet steady. Good clear image from the tablet. I recommend Sailproof.

Excellent, my tablet works very well with the Boating software and I can enter all the boat's information: AIS, depth, speed, etc.

Well cared for and shipped quickly

I'm happy with the ruggedized shelf, but my only regret is that there's no system for attaching it to a vertical panel. So I did it myself.

No way of getting advice despite my requests

I received the wrong tablet, got offered a discount and kept what I received. The tablet has issues with battery overheating. Not resolved yet. When using polarized sunglasses, you can't see anything on the screen.

Great, good readability even in sunlight. I just regret the Android system, which I really don't like.

Jean-Michelle was very helpful, even through the difficulties of communicating overseasÉhe was greatÉ the product seems excellent and the delivery was timely. I did try to activate the offered protection program, but when I tried it did not give an option for selecting the United States. That was the only disappointment. As I understand it, that has nothing to do with sailproof..

Dispatched very promptly and used a courier that allowed me to reschedule the delivery to a day when I was in.
