Pleasant and easy-to-use site. A few minor technical inconveniences due to image incorporations but very quickly resolved by customer service.

I expected much better. Very disappointed. Low quality products. The stickers are very poorly cut, they are almost impossible to remove!

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Alexandre, I will send you a private message so you can send me photos of the stickers to understand the issue. As for the boxes, they are made of a 300g cardboard base and a PET plastic lid. We provide you with videos of the box assembly (camera icon above the main photo) so you can see the materials once handled. It is also possible to order a sample beforehand before placing a larger order. Best regards, Christelle

Very good experience overall! I still hesitated a lot because of the very high shipping and preparation fees regardless of the order content. Maybe adapt them more for modest activities?

I was thrilled with this product. I gifted it and gradually, my friends sent me messages because their package was EMPTY. I am ashamed and angry!

Hello Michele, Indeed, the boxes do not include the seeds. This information is clearly stated in the box description. We apologize for the confusion.

Thank you Claire for your comment. As indicated during our email exchanges, when your order includes a print, it is important to check the file submitted with your order to ensure it meets your expectations. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your last order as an element of your design was missing. We could have avoided this situation if you had contacted us after checking your file to send a new one to our workshop. Although our workshop made no mistake and printed the file received in your order correctly, I offered you a commercial gesture but received no response from you. Please feel free to reach out to me by email to apply this gesture. Best regards, Christelle.

Hello, still not delivered, UPS sets an appointment and does not come, reschedules and does not respect again, no idea where my package is. It should be noted that UPS is not a serious company for individuals.
