Hello, indeed, when your address contains a lot of information that does not fit on a single line, it is preferable to save your address in advance in your customer area since from there, you have 2 address lines. If all the information is on the same line, on the carrier's label, part of the information will be missing. I will contact UPS to provide them with all the indicated information. See you soon. I requested home delivery with the UPS carrier.
I stayed home all day waiting for my package which was finally delivered to a parcel relay in the neighboring village.
UPS no longer makes house calls, it's easier to drop everything in the same place.
A disappointing service but the ordered item is of good quality I am satisfied

When information is missing in the address, carriers have 2 options: return the package to the sender or drop it off at a relay point close to the desired address.
