It is true that I ordered few boxes (5), but they arrived with deformations (folds) on the packaging which caused folds on the sides of the boxes.

Just a small downside that delivery is not free to Belgium because it is not possible to choose a UPS point via the map. I therefore paid for my 2 deliveries (over 95€) the rest nothing to complain about

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement. In particular, the navigation on the site is not intuitive and the delivery via UPS was a real disaster!!!! 3 days late. I had to go myself to pick up my parcel at a UPS warehouse because the delivery people were not able to deliver to me. I received absence messages while I was home all day! It's a shame!

Hello Aurélie, Your order underwent long printing tests because your original file had defects. We attach great importance to prints and our workshop always makes sure to check files before printing them. Consequently, our graphic designer and our workshop had to make several modifications. This is why your order was delayed in delivery. Unfortunately, the workshop did not inform us of this internal processing and we could not pass this information on to you in due time from customer service. We sincerely apologize for this exceptional error. We usually inform customers as soon as possible when their files have defects. No way to check my order after receiving it. The product received looks much cheaper than the visuals on the site. The visuals make it seem like the boxes hold together with a string, but everything has to be assembled with a glue gun...

On each of our box sheets, it is clearly indicated what utensils are necessary for their assembly. For this box, the description below the title clearly states that it is necessary to have a glue gun to assemble it. In addition, we provide assembly videos of the boxes (camera icon above the main photo) so that you can perform the assembly and understand the manipulations to be carried out. We suffered from a lack of materials on your order which resulted in a delay in shipping. Then the selected relay point being closed could not receive your package.
