Customer for my very elderly mother, I made my first orders on Amazon, until 2020. I received your mail. First contact by phone: Ho! surprise, a very friendly and listening lady. I tried and so I am very satisfied with the prices and the delivery time (less than 2 days)!

package shipped quickly. For the delivery, non-existent communication 1) not knowing where the package was going to be delivered, 2) not warned of its arrival in relay point. (too much subcontracting in my opinion) Fortunately, I called again to find out, and a communication officer gave me all the necessary information. Otherwise the package would have left. I am therefore satisfied with my order, not with the delivery.

Response from Senup
Hello Sir, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback about your shopping experience on our Smartlifetime store. However, we are surprised by the severity of your review. Indeed, you were unable to log in because you had forgotten your password. This password has been reset to allow you to access your customer account again.
On the other hand, you mention a different amount at the time of payment. This is strange because you never told us about this problem. I have just gone through our email exchanges to be sure. If the amount was different, why did you choose to finalize this purchase without trying to find a solution by contacting us?
Sincerely yours, The Smartlifetime team

very interesting prices and fast delivery. it would be helpful if the carrier would call the night before or the morning of the delivery day and indicate a time slot for his visit.
