Just to let you know, the driver who made my last delivery, a young man, left me on the ground floor with my 14 kg package. I am 71 years old and handicapped. It's the first one to do this to me, all the others were kind enough to take my package up to the 2nd floor. It only takes 5 minutes and it was a relief for me. Sincerely.
