I was obliged to call to register my order.

Maybe the delivery time to France is short, but to Sweden it took 12 Days for the delivery to arrive.

Good choice of equipment and very good value for money, the boots are almost new. The price of snowboards is mind-boggling; on le bon coin, Facebook and other sites, you'd have to pay double or more, so I'm pleasantly surprised.

I bought the skis on eBay. Unfortunately, existing damage was not sufficiently pointed out.

I had to go to Decathlon to adjust the resistance. Resistance was at 9 even though I'm a beginner and it should have been at 4.5 having given all the information. Fortunately, I went to make the adjustment, otherwise I could have broken my knees !!!!!

What's missing are more precise photos of the state of wear of the skis, especially level 2 and 3. Zooming in on the condition of tips, heels and even bindings would be a plus.

On the ski occase side, no problem, but the carrier you work with (DPD) lacks professionalism (for 14 euros in shipping costs...), delivery times are not respected, useless telephone service, and the delivery ended up being 4 days later than planned. In short, it's a pity, because your concept is a good one... right up to the delivery.

Fast service and products as ordered, good value for money. However, the bindings are not adjusted to the required size. Information for self-adjustment is missing (size/weight/levels). What's more, the children's skis I received didn't allow me to adjust them to my boot size, as the bindings were designed for larger boots!!! here, a 130cm ski for an 11-year-old wearing a size 35 boot... I had to do some DIY on the resort. Not so good!
