Search on the site not very ergonomic but we manage. Payment OK. Very fast preparation and dispatch. Very careful packaging. Delivery service not good: did not give advance notice as requested when ordering, called thinking it was the previous customer on his round, did not listen to directions, honked like crazy to find the right house. Product corresponds to the description except for the repackaging (see below).

The wear category does not correlate with the product. E.g.: purchase of junior skis, wear category 1, even though they are in worse condition than adult skis, wear category 2.

I do not put the five stars because of the difficulty of dialogue, not due solely to the language. I was also planning to buy a snow board complete with bindings and boots, on the site I could only find the boards without bindings, I asked for explanations and advice, but I received neither. In the end I had to give up. The goods are as I expected.
