You can rely on the advertised products, their condition and the careful packaging. Delivery was more or less on time, but please allow 3 days for the order to be processed, from the time of purchase during critical periods (winter vacations).

Delivery arrived perfectly on time. Perfect packaging. Skis quite damaged though (level 2). I expected better condition given the descriptions of the different levels. I can't imagine what a level 3 must be like... It's true that my daughter is now equipped at a lower cost. Sufficient for 2 weeks/year and her age. I wouldn't recommend them for adult skis, which will be kept for several seasons.

Delivery time and delivery very good, but the product was very average. Nobody looked at the product before sending it off, it was full of rust so I had to start cleaning everything on receipt... I wouldn't have dared send the product as I received it.

Very interesting site in terms of value for money. Responsive, competent staff, and above all contactable and available by phone. Delivery a little long but not expensive, return possible at their expense: Nothing to say for Rossignol Alias SENSOR at 40 used and which smell good, against 230 new, even if they are Rental (RTL) and the cantig is not adjusted. They'd pay for themselves in 5 days if I rented them!
