I've been ordering from Taklope for 2 years. But they are short of product and this is the only site that sells the product I like and with delivery in 24h. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about and I'm going to recommend this site. But it still lacks choice whether ato, box, resistance, cotton but good they 9n MO. DIY at least.

The products are excellent and delivery was very quick.
However, I'm not satisfied with the delivery price. In fact, I paid more for delivery because it's outside France (Switzerland), so the price for international delivery is quite normal up to now, but on delivery to my home I was charged another 25€ on top of the delivery, which is already about 16€. Over €41 in delivery charges is unacceptable, especially as it's written "nul par" for the extra €25. The product is too expensive. Too bad

Madam, your country requires a customs declaration for shipments from abroad, the 25 euros you mention are customs fees related to the import of products, it is not a sum that we ask, to note that your purchase to benefit from a price HT and not subject to the French VAT of 20%, it is indicated on the site in the general conditions of sale heading modality of delivery the following sentence " Any order delivered outside mainland France may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and BLOCKAGE, octroi de mer and customs clearance fees upon delivery. You are responsible for paying these charges.

Sir, we're sorry that your delivery didn't go well, but whether it's in a parcel or a bubble envelope, we have the same problem with certain shipments. In fact, it all depends on the deliveryman or the sorting center. Concerning the missing products, we didn't send the products because the date of dluo was no longer up to date, so that's why we offered you a credit note or a product exchange.
