I ordered a 50ml e-liquid which was unfortunately out of stock. I waited for Smok-it to stock up for a little over a week, but the e-liquid didn't arrive (nor did I find it in other stores). I therefore contacted them to take another reference (4 bottles of 10ml costing more than the product originally ordered), Smok-it agreed and upon receipt of the order I had an additional bottle resembling the e-liquid I wanted. That's good business and worth a 5* Thank you!
