It took me a little time to get used to the nasal dilator and the mouthpiece. It was worth it, my partner finally has good nights, and I have regained restorative sleep.

The transport service was lacking: my order from March 4 was only delivered to me in person on March 30, after my 3 successive reminders by email.

Fast delivery, good product (a rod to attach the hose.
I am now lying comfortably because the tension is off the hose. I can turn without problems. I definitely recommend the product.

Fast delivery. The MAD device bands were too small. I'm told to contact the manufacturer.

Order placed on 28 Feb 2025. But the product - cleaning tablets do not ship yet (18 Mar 2025). Have committed to ship last week but no response as of today. No proactive update.

N20 nasal mask is the best mask I’ve had, really comfortable and the price I paid couldn’t be beaten anywhere else, thank you for keeping your prices affordable.

The size guide and the size offer should be improved. The anti-snoring t-shirt ordered smaller than recommended arrived too big to be adjusted (for info I took size S for 183cm).

Products supplied as ordered - always a win.
NHS has stopped supplying Dreamwear for some reason (NICE)! so I'm relieved to have found a company that supplies at a reasonable price. Many thanks. Will definitely use again.

Product conforms to my order but I will not order again because the amount of plastic for the packaging is huge. Hence the poor rating. We won't get by with methods like that. I can provide you with a photo and you will see that it is nonsense. They sent me 3 small nasal dilators in 3 different full plastic packages. I do not understand this stubbornness to use such rubbish. I would order again if the packaging methods change. Too bad because the product is great.

I was recommended this product after doing a sleep test but turns out to be a terrible product. Followed the instructions to set mould to my mouth and it didn’t work therefore the mouth guard becomes completely useless.
I ordered from the UK directly from their website and had to pay additional taxes for the delivery therefore even more disappointed.
Instructions are extremely difficult to read, not sure how someone not used to watching YouTube videos would know what to do.
I would be very careful when ordering this.

I didn't realize I was buying a product from outside of the UK. Maybe I should've looked a little deeper as the delivery price was expensive. However, as the prices are in pounds sterling, and the site has a UK email address, I didn't realize. I think it should be made clearer on the home page.
I bought a trial package in addition to the product and have experienced very good, prompt customer service. A refund has been actioned immediately and I look forward to receiving it.
