I am furious, I choose to have my product delivered in a relay point, so I choose a business near me, but in reality the product is deposited in the next town (10 km away) which posed a big problem for me to recover it. I FIND THIS VERY ABNORMAL! What's the point of having the customer choose the product and then deliver it anywhere! I repeat I am furious: Message to future buyers know that you may have to go much further than expected to recover your product.
The site is very clear and instructive at the time of purchase, especially when it comes to disassembling the equipment, but much less so when it comes to reassembling them. More than anything else: a big black spot, the main part of my order doesn't work and after a message to send this part back, I'm still waiting for a sign from them.

After receiving a defective part, incompetent after sales service. I wasted my time and money on this story because several other screens were bad but SOSAV did not think it was worth warning consumers of this problem. Impossible to get a full refund for the order.
The LCD screen delivered does not work and the touchpad bug it selects applications that we do not want as if the touchpad was blocked at a specific point. Forced to put everything back as before old LCD + old touchpad (125 to spend for nothing to work)
I had to pay the post office to have it shipped back to New Caledonia when I had people in France who were willing to bring it back for free...
You could have warned me that the wifi and bluetooth antenna was the same piece! I ordered it for nothing...

I bought on this site a lcd screen and a touch screen for an iPad 2. The touchscreen is fine, although two of the mounting brackets were bent. The touchscreen does not work on the edge of the screen (2 to 3 cm). I'm not sure if SOSAV will find a solution.
I placed an order with them in July. After 2 months of waiting and sending several emails and several calls without any response from them I wrote on their Facebook page. They answered me the next day to tell me that I will have my order at the latest the following week but I received it 2 weeks later or more than 2 months and a half of waiting and especially no news and response from them without going through Facebook. To apologize, they simply gave me the price of the delivery as a voucher to be used on another order
Shameful delivery date
Positive point: this is the only place where I found the item I need, which arrived intact at the relay point. The first exchanges with the SOSAV team were quick. Negative point: After 2 months of waiting I cancelled my order and bought a new phone. Why did you wait for my cancellation to send the product? A better communication about the availability of the product would have been appreciated, it would have saved me the purchase of a new phone.

I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service. I have been moved twice to the relay point when there was nothing, nice! Neither colissimo nor SOSAV gave me any real explanation, my request for reimbursement has been put in stanby. They even offered me a second shipment with the shipping costs at my expense. A shame! I don't know yet how long this story will last before I can be reimbursed.
The shipping costs are high especially when the return of the fake item sold are not included.
I started a galaxy s4 screen on July 27, it should be available within two weeks, but I got it on September 10. Replaced with care it didn't last a week before failing me.
I will not recommend to my family and friends be sure. I will recommend your site to my friends and family. And again I have sent you 2 emails on the status of my orders but I have not received anything even a word of apology from you. I am still missing an order (a tablecloth for samsung S4 mini) but I think I can forget about it.

Everything is fine if the ordered part works, knowing that the prices are very expensive compared to other sites. From the moment the part is defective, we have to send it back at our expense and we see that we start to get bogged down in a long debate that will cost us, that's when we realize that this site is actually unreliable. A piece of advice, look for a site that doesn't want your money, and there are many that are reliable. The service is zero. I found the same part at 8 euros with the price of shipping while on this site it cost me 18 euros with a defective part ...
Customer service completely lacking, shipping of defective product, the battery burned my Iphone motherboard. Diagnosis confirmed by a professional. Obviously no return, no response from SOSAV, even their captain repair ignores me. In short, a legal action will perhaps make them wake up.
