More than 9 days I ordered and I see in my order tracking: waiting for restocking. After 9 days I find it amazing that I am not restocked and even more amazing that I did not report it when I ordered. By ordering in China and by boat therefore without transport costs, I am delivered in less than 15 days experience made before Christmas, so when the orders are very high. In short I am disappointed and I do not think to order other items from you. To my great regret.

Pitiful. I order, they inform me by email that my product is out of stock and they offer me either a refund or a credit note. I opt for a refund and I receive an email saying that they have been supplied and that my order has been shipped. This is a site to be avoided as a matter of urgency.

The buttons did not match the iPhone 4 at all. I spent 2 hours trying to make them fit. In the end I found that the notches were not the same! Between fatigue and stress. The iPhone is now in kit and unusable!
Poor quality tools making any attempt to repair almost impossible (screwdriver not well calibrated which damages the thread, tools that break from the first use). I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it again in the future.

The battery is delivered on time but it is swollen like a pad. Impossible to install. Apparent defect. The condition of the battery could have been checked before shipping. I am waiting to see how effective the service is in dealing with the incident, so I give it a star.
