Fast delivery but product does not match the original battery

My home button is missing a connector so I can't use it anymore

I am moderately satisfied with the product. It does not hold the charge like the original battery. It is therefore expensive for the result.

I ordered a rear window and a photo camera window for my S7. On the website, a rear window sticker is recommended with the purchase to complete the repair. However, my rear window arrived with a sticker already placed. So I paid 8 euros for a useless sticker (sent in duplicate). The tuto for the replacement of the camera glass is a bit light too, fortunately there are other tutorials on the net. For the rest RAS, fast delivery and ordering process quite fluid.

I am satisfied with all the material except the spatula which broke at the first use which is not normal for a phone repair kit.

The room was not in perfect condition, not much thermal paste either.

Spare parts available quite quickly and tutorials describing the sequence of operations rather well designed, but a perfectible customer service: to get the replacement of a screen received defective (found when powering up) it took 2 reminders and 2 weeks of waiting ...

After a first sending of a defective HP (apparently not new because it had no inscription, unlike the 2nd), the SAV was very responsive: after asking me a photo front and back of the part received defective (I did not understand very well why) I was quickly sent a HP that works perfectly. There is one downside, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars: having had to dismantle my phone several times instead of just once, due to the first product being out of order, the front cover (the one on which the screen is fixed) cracked. It's a shame, especially since it was replaced only 6 months ago. NB: I used the photo tutorial proposed by the site: it is well done, very clear.

Hello, I give this note because your website makes you believe that you can buy certain products and it is false. I was delivered 2 times, 2 bad products only to be informed by SMS that I would not be delivered, of course once the products were returned. I lost 3 weeks! See 1 month the time to make a new purchase. So yes I am very disappointed. I was not even compensated. I will not fail to talk about it around me. Cdt

Average because there were no stickers to stick the screen that are normally provided with the screen of the sony XZ1. So you have to buy glue which makes the finished work less clean.

The site is fine, but the waiting time for delivery is false if you order before 3pm you were delivered the next day or 2 days later and I had to wait more than 5 days without news

1st piece received with a damaged connector, crushed during shipping I think and sent back after a simple email the next day. The second one was functional but very difficult to connect because of the same connector.

I ordered a complete screen for Huawei nova, I thought I would receive a complete screen on a frame, from Huawei. I'm not just a simple screen with the glass, and from an adaptable brand. I'm not sure what to do with it.

The delivery logistics taints the quality of your service, opinion based solely on personal experience.

The service department is a robot that doesn't understand requests. Or at least, it gives the impression that it does. The management of non-conforming part returns is complicated and takes too much time. The lack of choice of delivery point is a point to be improved.

The order was easy but the product is not of good quality. Delivery was one day late.

The explanations are very good. The delivery conforms to the expressed request. the products are in conformity with the order and the explanation given on the video of reassembly, except for the joint which was not in conformity with the presentation of the video (the number of plastic film as presented on the video is not exact with the delivered product, which made that I could not take off the joint of the plastic film correctly and that I had to remove it). I remain satisfied overall.
