Package well wrapped in bubble wrap. easy change. I didn't need any specific tools. I had a box of small screwdrivers of any shape that goes easy. to open, picks, and a small iron plate of a war finger snap (hahah). To remove the plugs, flexible picks. Here we go again for 2 years. Everything is in English, whereas the law requires you to use the language of the buyer's country (law of 4/08/1994). I started to disassemble the iphone but one of the screwdrivers doesn't fit. It's not serious. the tri wing screwdriver is missing and you put a criciform in its place. i end up with my iphone open in two.
