Hello, I ordered an iPhone gasket that was marked in stock on the site at the time of the order. It was supposed to arrive in a few business days but it did not... Order placed and accepted on 5/10/21, order received on 25/10/21. I've already had a problem with this product. I had already had a pb a few years ago with this site for a new part that did not work and the after sales service had not wanted to know anything... Hello Unfortunately the screen delivered is faulty. There is a trace on the display and it doesn't cut when worn on the ear. I don't have a great motivation to rebuild it but in any case the next time I order elsewhere. Note that I chose a product rather premuim finally not terrible.
It was an iPhone 6 screen. The explanations of disassembly and reassembly are very well done. Package was received on time, and in good condition. But the purchased screen seems defective (horizontal lines at the bottom). It is being checked.

I cannot be satisfied with my purchase. I bought the kit to remove a defective joy con as recommended on the site. The tri wing screwdriver is not adapted and ate all the threads of the joy con so I could only disassemble it once. I raised the problem with the service and they told me it was my fault and that I shouldn't have forced it. I recognize that they are not responsible for the quality of the Nintendo screws. But you don't say that to a customer.
The part was gone, I managed to change everything thanks to the tutorial but the screwdriver provided to disassemble the Switch was of very poor quality, I had to buy one next door.... I'm not sure what to do, but I'm sure it's a good idea!

The delivery was fast but after checking on other sites my products were twice as expensive as elsewhere. I don't think I would recommend this site !!!!
A muddle in the order with little information without me asking. Contacted, customer service ended up confirming the delay, giving me a new approximate time frame but also offered to refund me the costs incurred (order plus delivery) if I wanted to cancel my order. The screwdriver pac I bought is of poor quality. The spare part on the other hand seems to be in order.
My package arrived safely but with a delay. I had to send several emails to find out the status of my order. I would have preferred SOSAV to take the lead, hence my 3 star rating. Otherwise the response to my emails was quick. I would have preferred to have received the order in advance, hence my 3 star rating.
A first order was for a set of tools to open an iPhone 6S and the smallest torx was too big... the second order was for screws for iPhone 6S and the delay was exceeded by more than a month... The fact remains that SOSAV offers repair materials that are difficult to find elsewhere and more expensive...
