I have bought an iPhone X charging connector and a speaker so I change it all very very well the tuto are nickel all happy with me I put the tel back on the road everything works well I was delighted and after three minutes the phone turns off and this rallume all alone I said update and the no every three minutes my tel turns off and this I went to a repairer and said the tablecloths you changed are not compatible so thank you I paid 120 euro to change my tablecloth at the repairer and my phone works properly so I am really not happy with your site with parts that are not compatible or do not work I am very disappointed I think a refund is not possible??? I am very disappointed with your site and the parts are not compatible or do not work, I think a refund is not possible. I think I will not buy from you again if you do not do anything.
Very interesting site at the base but there battery of Iphone SE received refused any load.
Product hs not working
Order taken fast payment and then nothing. No delivery date, no information nothing so yes bad. And am I satisfied with the delivery? Well I'll tell you once I'm delivered, which is not the case.
1 month and a half to receive a dysfunctional battery, I do not recommend this site for the purchase of phone parts. Moreover the site sells itself to have an ecological action, but they do not care about recycling the old battery and the dysfunctional because they told me to keep them. In short an image of facade for a quality of mediocre parts.

Bought a spare battery for my smartphone. More than mediocre. Catastrophic. The battery does not hold a charge. Even the original battery that was replaced lasted longer.

A disaster. The product sold did not correspond to its description. I sent a return request explaining the problem and, strangely enough, the product description was changed online just before Sosav replied to tell me that the error was most likely mine and that they would not pay the return shipping costs. This isn't the first time I've bought from this bunch of crooks, and I've systematically had problems with the material sent (e.g. a replacement IPhone screen that doesn't work when connected, and Sosav trying to void the warranty by claiming that when the product is opened, the customer waives any claim... before they've even had a chance to test it). This purchase was my last attempt to "consume French" (which is of course a big mistake since I'm pretty sure that Sosav buys in bulk in China before reselling at full price in France). This company continues to operate shamelessly, but I'm crossing my fingers that they'll eventually have to close up shop, or at least that they'll be subjected to a tough audit by the relevant fraud authorities.

I placed my order on 28/07/2020 ref (ZVKBZHJBF) and so far I have received nothing. I reported the problem on 13/08/2020 to the SOSav team as well as the re-order ref(SAV861252) not received ...
Delivery too long and incomplete.
I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure how long it's been in use. It takes 3 shipments for it to arrive intact... horribly long delays! 4 months to get the order! I advise you to order directly in China, it will be faster and much better quality! Nothing to add, we can hardly do worse...
A real gas factory for a simple return.
An order for an iPhone 5 SE screen. First shipment, the screen does not work. Exchange. Second screen, it arrives with a torn tablecloth (photo if needed) and the third replacement, same symptom. I managed to get a refund, not without difficulty. So I didn't lose money but I just lost a month and a half. It was the last time on this site for me.
My product was not suitable for me I asked for a refund but the shipping costs were still at my expense so I don't find it normal knowing that I already paid the shipping costs

I ordered a back panel for my Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. The first one took a long time to arrive and did not match the description. The second one was sent quickly but still didn't match the description (no flash protection and very simplistic front panel). Moreover, it arrived broken in a thousand pieces despite all the protections around it. They refunded my money.

I've been trying to contact customer service and no one is able to give me a precise date. I find it really deplorable to let the customer order a part that is not in stock.
