I was disappointed with this last order. The delay was so long that I had to redo my payment. A product that was unavailable which I had to cancel and reorder to receive the rest of the order, of course paying the shipping fees again. Not very customer-friendly, I found it elsewhere. As for the rest, I am very happy with the products received, but it's too late to use them this year.

However, I am disappointed with Tom Press because I had chosen FREE delivery to a pickup point less than 3 km from my home, and here I receive an email saying that the package was waiting for me at the post office 10 km from my home. Indeed, the package was too bulky. Despite a message to report the inconvenience, Tom Press remains silent.

The product was damaged, a screw was stuck next to the frame and the back plates were stapled. I repaired it. But it's a shame. I think it was a manufacturing problem. It is true that I did not check the package upon delivery.
