Ordered items very well. As for the delivery, I had to wait until I contacted your company a month later to find out that an item was out of stock. Regarding the delivery, it was the carrier who informed us, the company did not send us any information.
We are pleased that the items met your satisfaction. Regarding the tracking of your delivery, we would like to clarify that a tracking link is systematically sent upon dispatch of the order. It is possible that it ended up in your spam folder.
We are however sorry for the lack of information regarding the out of stock situation.

The ordered product was on sale, I understood why, it was defective and it was not mentioned!!! This is recurrent among French merchants or e-merchants and then they wonder why we buy directly from Chinese sites. Fortunately, I am very handy, I was able to repair the product but a person who is not handy would have lost their money. I would have still bought the product if the merchant had indicated that the product was defective but I would have done so knowingly and I would have given 5 stars. But here, the commercial method is unbearable to me.
Packing a clay dish with a cast iron pot in the same package was a mistake. Result broken dish and delivery person who shifts the blame

I received two orders from Tompress since the beginning of December, the material meets expectations... however, the delivery leaves something to be desired for the first one in December, a day and time were set... no one showed up, the delivery was made a few days later. For the second delivery in January, an appointment was made, we were at home, the message saying we were absent arrived, the delivery person did come (photo as proof) but he returned the next day.

Invoice sent to the delivery address while not registered at that address
The package was ripped open and patched up by the postal services. After verification, the package was complete. Packaging too weak for the weight of the package.

No worries about the product. Small joke However, the box (small size) was open, no tape on the opening. The product could have fallen.

Asked for clarification on whether it works on induction or not but no response, so upon receiving the pot, I couldn't use it, it doesn't work on induction, so I have to change it!!!! Not very professional

My package announced as delivered, I only received it 3 days later!
My order concerned a 7cm filter and I received an 8cm filter, please check the requests!
I was disappointed with this last order. The delay was so long that I had to redo my payment. A product that was unavailable which I had to cancel and reorder to receive the rest of the order, of course paying the shipping fees again. Not very customer-friendly, I found it elsewhere. As for the rest, I am very happy with the products received, but it's too late to use them this year.
