Not very happy as most of my "perfect" jars were damaged."
Very good and efficient peeler. Customer service very good, very pleasant person on the phone, very available to solve delivery problems. Disastrous delivery because of the Geodis transport company (3 reminders to get our delivery, they never contacted us and didn't show up for the first 2 appointments, the parcel was depalletised, the box was damaged and there was a slight knock on the metal sheet).
Disappointed by the wait of the delivery and disappointed by you because once you received your payment the remainder does not concern you any more 15 days to have my order whereas was to be delivered in 2 days site not serious
I'm disappointed by the lack of information on how to use and maintain the tompress automatic vacuum filler. The enclosed document does not correspond to the equipment delivered. Instead, it's an instruction manual for a Reber vacuum filler! The first vacuum tests were mixed, with the absence of instructions for use corresponding to the equipment.

The merchandise was returned for damage. I understand that the barrel was worn, but wear does not mean damage. Customer service did not accept my comment and I had to cancel the order. I was refunded a few days later. Too bad...
Too long to wait for delivery
There were 3 weeks between the order and delivery. The parcel was badly damaged. Overall, the order processing was unsatisfactory!!!!

Site that sells obsolete products. I ordered a pigeon repeller. Installed in March, we've never had so many pigeons nesting under the house's spandrels 1m50 away from the device!!! Customer service asks me if I've changed the batteries!!! Who are the pigeons really????

Never despair, articles available within 4 to 6 weeks obtained after 3 months without any particular announcement, which was worth a delivery when we were away. On the other hand, the articles are of good quality and correspond to the description.

Due to a management error the pan arrived after the date and I had to buy another one. (double use) I hesitate to recommend, so as not to suffer the same setbacks. Sincerely
