It took Tompress three and a half months to deliver an order. No apologies from Tompress for this delay. Disappointing...

Item received promptly, 48 hours, well packaged. The grain mill is of good quality and a first test proved very conclusive. Top value for money.

After reserving my order on the internet and validating it by telephone with tompress, I went to the site to pick up my order. ACCEUIL DETESTABLE, I thought for a moment of leaving again (60 km). Luckily, a warehouseman finally intervened to make up for the sale. This isn't my first purchase, and I was very surprised by the evolution of the company.
