The labels are attractive and conform to the description on the website. However, the packaging needs to be reviewed, as each first label of the batch of 20 is stuck to the thermoformed plastic and therefore unusable. An elastic band is also stuck between the plastic and the label on 10 packs, so that's 10 lost labels out of a total of 200.

The size of the box was disproportionate to the contents of the order. As a result, a lot of cardboard was used to fill it.

It could have been perfect, but the packaging was exaggerated: a cardboard box three times the volume of the products contained, stuffed with paper.

AS FAR AS TOMPRESS IS CONCERNED, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER AND SHIPMENT, BUT CHRONOPOST IS A SERVICE THAT YOU PAY FOR IN SUPPLEMENTS. THE DRIVER SAID THAT THERE WAS NO ONE THERE AND THAT HE HAD LEFT A DELIVERY NOTICE, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY NOTICE AND IT WAS BUSY ALL DAY. SO YOU SHOULD MAKE A COMPLAINT TO CHRONOPOST SO THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
