Response time to complaints about broken sterilizer lids
Overall, I'm very satisfied with your plancha. The delivery went very smoothly, no problems whatsoever. The griddle is exactly what I expected, it's really good quality, heating is fast and evenly distributed, and cooking is perfect. The only small drawback is that a small bubble of enamel came off during the first heating. I've attached a photo. It's a small flake on the periphery
