Hello, ordered November 11, 2020 received January 21, 2021 too long delivery disappointed
Over 2 months to receive 5 kg of nitrite salt. No message to inform me of a delayed delivery. In short, very average.
If I could put 0 I would have put it. Defective product I do not understand between the video and what I have nothing goes.
Item received not as pictured, item returned and still no refund!!!!
Is the leaky cork a concept? No indications to remedy this...
Delivery too long and material not available .
My order was placed during the first containment in April 2020. We just received the goods in January 2021!!!! Communication was non-existent, as of course I never expected to receive them again.
Order placed on 25/11. No news, reminder on 10/12. One of the products was out of stock, restocked the following week, reminded again at the beginning of January and suggested another product, order received promptly. Order received promptly afterwards. Review communication if product missing, to modify order if necessary. I had to buy from another supplier.
I am disappointed with this order as Tompress only acted as an intermediary between me and a Russian supplier. The skimmer had already been used and was not clean, and one of the parts was almost impossible to dismantle for cleaning. The deliveryman didn't phone when he came so took the parcel back to the post office while I was at home.
Product delivered by default, because product initially ordered was out of stock. i only found out when i called tompress to worry about the non-delivery of this product for which no one had bothered to call me and inform me of its non-availability!!!!

Not much explanation for practice. The first results are not worth the price of the product.
When I placed my order, the announced delivery time for an item was 6 to 8 weeks. My order was finally shipped after more than 14 weeks. I had no explanation from Tom Press. And they refused to send the rest of my order until all items were available. The items received are good but lack a user and maintenance manual.
I'm having a problem with my thermometer, which isn't working. Since the 1st call on December 30th, an e-mail on January 4th and another call on January 7th, I'm still waiting to find out what to do to finally get help. I think that's a long time.

The wooden parts on the top of the pantry weren't even glued. that's a lot of money to spend on French companies that don't play the quality game. for your information, the product is 30% cheaper on other platforms. you need to review the quality-price test.
I have a problem with the ceramic bread dish the lid doesn't fit it's wobbly it doesn't follow the shape of the base
Goods are OK as stated, delivery time was approx. 7 months! The store offer states delivery in 72 hours at the most, but without notification delivery is only made months later. It is sufficient if 1 part is currently not available and the whole order is then only delivered months later. An acceleration is only possible if the unavailable part is canceled.
I haven't used the equipment yet but it seems to be of good quality. However, I'm disappointed with the delivery, order placed on 14/11 with items available, received on 07/12 because in the meantime an item was no longer available so no partial shipment from the seller and no information from them if I hadn't asked them the question.

The 20 cm lid doesn't fit properly on the Agnelli pan, due to the pan's handle (which is angled too high).
After having placed an order on the site of fresh products (casings) and believing (naively) the BIG WRITE promising a delivery in 48h+24h. Result, order on 6/11 shipped on 12/11 only 6 days later (Thursday to Tuesday) arrived 13 days after order 19/11, lost at the parcel center in Marseille. The after-sales service was EXECRABLE, telling me to read the conditions of sale. 95% of shipments arrive within 4 days.

The lid does not fit the 28 cm sauté pan.
Ordered on 02/11/2020 and paid, received on 16/11/2020. Time far too long for the ferments to have retained their optimal power! I did not receive a reply to an e-mail pointing this out. After contacting Tf, the operator told me that they would keep for another six months anyway (I doubt it very much).
