I've had a similar Zyliss appliance for 40 years and it's worked perfectly for all that time. unfortunately, everything wears out. knowing your equipment, i didn't think twice and bought from you. this appliance doesn't cut into small pieces and what's more, it comes apart while cutting. what do i have to do to return it and get my money back?
For a missing item, delivery delayed 2 weeks. No commercial gesture.
Following a previous purchase from Tompress I was to receive documentation. To date I have received nothing. I am particularly disappointed by the customer service.

Disappointed ... of course it's a second hand oak and you can't have a perfect product . However, there are many imperfections and a very red color all over the middle of the barrel. So a major stripping is in order. I didn't expect so much work to be done on the product, it was delivered quickly and dropped off inside my home. I really appreciated it.
Delivery much too long 4 weeks
Product conforms to order. Packaging in good condition, although the stainless steel side plates were a little warped. Assembly instructions in Italian and assembly plan not easy to read. A user manual is missing.
I'm sorry I wasn't offered an exchange in an equivalent size rather than a brand equivalent but smaller, even if the quality is there, it's also a bit my fault, since I didn't think of it either (too bad for the manufacturing stoppage).
The device is of very poor quality, both in terms of mechanical construction and general finish.

Order placed on 19/12, delivered on 12/02. No information is given on the delivery time of the product ordered, either when the order is placed or afterwards. Lousy customer service and doesn't try to improve. Does not send tracking codes as advertised. The order was supposed to be delivered at home, but it was delivered to the parcel delivery centre, which refused it...
Order placed on 21/12/2020 received on 15/02/2021. Does not communicate, either by email or phone, to tell you that the order will be shipped once complete. It's you, the customer, who has to worry about the status of your parcel!

Order placed December 21st for 48H delivery. No information of delay, reminder by email in January, then in February, product received early February. Disappointed by lack of communication. Delivery time ultra long. Customer service called several times. One woman friendly, the other just the opposite. Fortunately, purchases are fine.
I placed my order on December 12, 2020. I received my delivery at the beginning of February after several reminders. There was one product left and I don't understand why you are blocking the rest. Please check that the entire order is available, otherwise delivery will be delayed without notification. Expected delivery time after complaint: three weeks or shipment without the missing product and therefore invoicing of shipping costs. As far as I'm concerned, the missing product was only a small part of the total amount, so I would have appreciated a commercial gesture on the shipping costs!
Customer for 3 years. Acceptable delivery times (often ~1 month before health crisis). The last three delays have been longer and longer. Last order placed 11/11/20, received 7/8 items in 28/01/21. Still waiting for last item (28/03/21) apparently sent 15/02/2021. Prompt replies from after-sales service, but no results.
Two items ordered, one available and one not. After a complaint, the available item was delivered. Two items paid for when ordering, only one delivered, where's the money?
Delivery took nearly 2 months After contacting customer service after a month they told me that the parcel would be sent the following week but it only left 1 month later I was told that my parcel was leaving and that I would receive a tracking link within 24 hours but I never received it.

Nowhere was it specified (or specified very poorly) that the casings would be sent frozen. as a result, when they arrived at my home a long time later, i received soaked bags of casings in bags of water. i'm not sure what i'm going to do with them... but for the other products, they're fine. so i still trust the site... but not for casings!
Hello, ordered November 11, 2020 received January 21, 2021 too long delivery disappointed
Over 2 months to receive 5 kg of nitrite salt. No message to inform me of a delayed delivery. In short, very average.
If I could put 0 I would have put it. Defective product I do not understand between the video and what I have nothing goes.

My order was placed during the first containment in April 2020. We just received the goods in January 2021!!!! Communication was non-existent, as of course I never expected to receive them again.
Order placed on 25/11. No news, reminder on 10/12. One of the products was out of stock, restocked the following week, reminded again at the beginning of January and suggested another product, order received promptly. Order received promptly afterwards. Review communication if product missing, to modify order if necessary. I had to buy from another supplier.
I am disappointed with this order as Tompress only acted as an intermediary between me and a Russian supplier. The skimmer had already been used and was not clean, and one of the parts was almost impossible to dismantle for cleaning. The deliveryman didn't phone when he came so took the parcel back to the post office while I was at home.
