Hello, I bought sawdust. Very disappointed, the grind was much too big and impossible to light. I had to pass everything through a mason's sieve to get real sawdust worthy of the name. This will be my last purchase from TOMPRESS, which in my opinion offers a catalog of items that are far too diverse, and therefore cannot guarantee quality and conformity.

I had to order an 8mm grate for a Reber chopper, although the product you sell was supposed to be equipped with one, but in the end it was fitted with a 6mm grate.

The order was processed quickly and accurately. The only downside is the lack of information on transport and parcel tracking. But that's more the fault of Colissimo, which doesn't update its delivery tracking sufficiently.
