Broken product, still not replaced after a week
Product delivered one month after order...that's a long time. No clarification or apology from customer service.
Order held for over 2 months..without TOM press contacting me. I had to call!
BOTTLE CAPS DO NOT CLIP ONTO THE BOTTLE AT ALL VERY DISSATISFIED
Very long delivery although I had paid for it, it was supposed to be free and so I paid for it... Otherwise the product is very good.
The product arrived on time and int perfect condition. Unfortunately, both the wooden spout and cork leak a lot and I had to empty the jar in meal of times to insert shims. Cork and spout still leak.
The parcel arrived very damaged, but nothing was missing, fortunately, I made the deliveryman wait to check it.
Very long delivery and no gesture from TOMPRESS.
Ordered in April, delivered at the end of October after two reminders from me! No direct information from TOMPRESS, dubious customer follow-up?
I had to call tompress to find out that an item was not in stock and that my parcel was on hold. Delivery was late and to the wrong address.
The clamp doesn't work, because the vice isn't really straight. Even if we tinkered with a wedge, we couldn't fix the device to a table. The screw got stuck in the clamp. It took us several hours to unblock it. And now it's the crank that won't unscrew, even with degreaser. In short, nothing works properly. 140 and a lot of energy wasted.
Order placed on 31/07 and delivered mid-October, that's a long time despite repeated calls to customer service who told me to be patient and that I would receive the parcel within 10 days.... It's a shame to offer products for sale that you don't have in stock... And no compensation was offered...
I ordered an 80 cm brooch and they delivered a 60 cm one.
1.malgés all the assembly respects: the pips concentrate on the screw-thread after a few turns and DO NOT come out and everything jams. 2. The crank is screwed onto a screw-thread, which is ridiculous, because as soon as it's worked, it jams and can only be unscrewed after all sorts of contortions...
Since the comment is limited to a measly five lines, as a new customer I can't fully express my dissatisfaction, so my score will be very poor. My first experience was very negative. Slow and misleading website (Weck boiw022 jars delivered without rubber seals). No reply to my messages. Delivery tracking impossible via website. Etc.
The delivery took place a long time after the order, without any explanation.
Delivery made without knowing it, my daughter did not open the package, there were four broken bottles, inside the box not much to protect the bottles, no bubble plastic.
I had to show up 10 days after my order to be told that there was a missing product, so the order was blocked, and then wait 8 days to be delivered without the missing product, of course, and not 48 hours as advertised.

Received a few days ago for an order dated June 26. No one cares about us
Delivery took a little time, package was not stuck in the box, it was moving. As for the product, a few defects, stains were present from unpacking but it works well. Beautiful waffles with a nice design.
6 months for delivery !!!! A very late birthday present.
The wait to receive the order and chicken spice disappointing
Delivery is random. Geodis turns up unannounced and then offers a delivery from 8am to 6pm, with no further details. A day wasted waiting for a delivery. At Darty, the window is 2 hours and they deliver at weekends.

Failure to meet delivery deadlines
The product is compliant, but there are no assembly and operating instructions supplied with the tank. I had to contact the company several times to obtain information about the delay problems (5 months). To top it all off, a delivery cancelled on the pretext of a faulty address and re-delivered with the same information... a birthday present arrived after the party: disappointment...
Deliveryman not friendly and in a hurry
We ordered a lever-operated puree grinder and were very disappointed because the holes are too large, which means that we get a lumpy puree. We wanted to replace it with a classic vegetable grinder but you refused to take it back, so we bought elsewhere. If the diameter of the holes had been indicated, we wouldn't have bought! You are therefore responsible.

Socca plate received 4 weeks after order although it was in stock. The socca plate only withstands 220° whereas the socca cooks at over 300º.... So impossible to use Disappointed!
Invoice debited at the beginning of July, delivery at the end of August, although you announce a direct debit at the time of shipment. This is not correct.
Corresponds to our expectations. A little complicated to assemble. Interesting recipe booklet.
