The diameter of the grid does not match is not 10mm . I should be delivered within 48 hours which was not the case.
When I ordered, the delivery time was about 10 days, but it took 3 weeks to ship. 2 screws were missing on delivery. They were sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address. A phone call to ask where to deliver them would have avoided this inconvenience as well as the extended restocking time. Otherwise, the smoker is as functional as ever.

The covid crisis had a nice ring to it. Were not able to honor an order placed on April 28, at the end of each month I was told it would arrive next month and when I was told end of September and by dint of impatience I switched my article for another. Very disappointed. As for customer service, I've never had the same contacts, so I've heard different things.

No delivery with Chrono post
Parcel not addressed to the address indicated on the Chronopost website. Shipment to Auch 32000 when my address is schweighouse 67590. According to Tompress. Reshipment not possible until three weeks after return of parcel.
My delivery was announced on the website 15 days later, but I only received the product 6 weeks later.
Too long to wait
I was delivered after 9 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! although the initial deadline was 3 weeks.
Chronopost didn't send me an email to let me know my parcel had arrived. I don't question the product, but the rest. I recommend tompress with an 8 (I can't validate the note).
Fast delivery, maybe too fast. Broken item, email sent to after sales service still no news... We are waiting for a refund or a return of the product. Unfortunately, this has been a bad experience for us. If we get a response from tompress, our assessment may change and we'll be able to test the product.
