1st order for a product (Solémio electric heater) that I knew and wanted to give as a gift. Quick and easy order. The problem is that the Colissimo delivery service is totally unreliable. The deliveryman never showed up at my home (2 times) No delivery note. So I wrote to your customer service and called: I got precise answers, and a warm welcome.

Excellent product

Order conformed and good material. On the other hand, Chronopost, using an overload of deliveries as an excuse, was late dropping off my parcel a long way from my home, which meant I had to travel 6 kilometers each way to pick up my order.

Very well packaged delivered quickly

Everything was perfect except the delivery. Geodis informs that they came (2 times) and yet I was at home. Finally I went to Geodis in Genay (about 60km round trip).

It's now 15 days since I placed an order and parcel stuck in customs. Was told to contact UK customs, phone number provided was no longer in use. No mention of having to pay import taxes when placing an order. Will not use them again.
