The product description could be more precise and complete.
The wire mesh is not tight enough. They'll let the mice through! One of the sides was badly tightened! In addition, you need to be able to choose which side of the door to open. Correct packaging and very nice appliance but disappointed because at the end of the fondue when I wanted to wash the appliance there were vegetables stuck to the bottom and I had a lot of trouble cleaning it even though I've been making fondues with tefal for years and never had a problem. I called to ask for a commercial gesture, but it was a no. It's a shame that a big company like yours
