The speed of delivery, too bad there are no more gifts! Note: one of the cork pockets was ripped open, nothing too serious, but the box of beef casings was open and salt had spilled over the rest of the stuff!

Ordered and received on time and with no fuss
The first try with a 7-pound rooster was very conclusive after 4 hours of cooking at 230°. The skin was well roasted and the meat not too dry, but I'm not sure I'd use a whole 5 kg turkey.....

It's perfect,I've used it for apple juice and grape juice,I'm going to make tomato juice.with the apple concentrate I've blended it and made compote mousseline.I'm going to make tomato juice;for a better result,a longer pipe,a small tap instead of the tongs and a hook to hang the tongs or the future tap from one of the handles of the container,the steam is very hot.
