Very disappointed with the after-sales service: the product is out of stock, the restocking times have been delayed, okay, no worries, I'll wait... Except that I had no news, it was up to me to call several times to find out the restocking times and they couldn't tell me for sure when the parcel was going to be delivered... I waited 2 months before receiving it.
Shipping took too long. 10 days after my order, my payment had still not been processed. Customer service was supposed to get back to me, but never did, so I had to send an e-mail to receive my product.
Very long delivery with no information. Good quality products, but much faster elsewhere.

Order placed on 23/04/2020, received on 05/05/2020. Tompress deducted the invoice before delivery. The goods received were not those ordered (1l bottles instead of 0.5l). The packaging is not suitable for the product: 1 bottle broken (reported on delivery) and 6 bottles cracked. No complaint form in the parcel, customer service unreachable. Very disappointing.
Poor quality item, moreover, the brand displayed in the catalog is not the one received. Deception on the merchandise Maison TOMPRESS, I thought you were more serious and more respectful of your customers!

The order was picked up by the post office on Wednesday April 8. The tracking has not changed since then - so no scan - as if the package was lost. Not delivered 10 days after the order there is something to worry about!!!

Be careful with your packaging, small parts in large packages so a lot of packing paper, then I made 2 orders in 10 days so 2 times the catalog and advertising. At a time when we're being asked to make environmental efforts, I find it very wasteful.
On my last order, there was an impact on the 46 mm basin, which wasn't great, and I was a little disappointed. 4 different orders, two damaged devices on two different orders, and one returned by Tompress (the thermometer). Very very long delivery time ...
I won't recommend it again. My order was already forgotten and then I had to play treasure hunt to find the parcel.
For the material nothing to say. concerning the transport, no contact from the deliverer and pallet left like that.
Expensive for not much. It's actually quite fast, but the nuts are completely crushed. I asked the after-sales service for explanations on how to assemble and use it: they couldn't give me an answer. I finally found a video on the website of the brand that makes it: Picaba. But even with this, it's impossible to obtain kernels, as it takes a long time to sort the shell from the kernel.
Postage costs are too high. The price of items is too high.
The parcel arrived damaged, the problem is not linked to the delivery but to the departure from your home: strapping much too tight, cardboard too thin, therefore crushed products... The parcel (on a pallet) left, the payment was debited on dispatch, and nothing has happened since... For once, we're very disappointed...
Despite a parcel in good external condition, i.e. not unpacked on the spot, i had the unpleasant surprise of discovering one of the feeders broken into 2 pieces. it was glued back together, but it's a shame all the same.
The quality of the workmanship was catastrophic - the drawer runners, like everything else, were just stapled together. After unpacking, I had almost all the strips torn out on at least one side and they were hanging down. I have now screwed everything together myself, but now you can already see that the stapled drawers will also soon come apart. Never again. I have not tried customer service

I had to call to get an order tracking email that was supposedly sent to me... but no, I got nothing. For a first order, not very satisfied with the product (sheep casings), pierced, cut.... Given the price, I expected much better.
The one-month delay between order and delivery was far too long for a log gutter ordered in early December and delivered just after the holidays in early January.

The carrier didn't deliver: I called after 10 days to cancel the return of the parcel to the sender. I received a twisted parcel that was unusable. With the return costs, I'm going to pay more than for the goods. At least customer service received me well, but to receive a twisted parcel that's not very useful. Very disappointed.

Very long delivery times
Very difficult to separate the two parts of the smoker. Call to the after-sales service, which was supposed to call me back, but never did. Sawdust much too big and therefore very difficult to burn. One star is already too much.
I paid for delivery in 24h and was delivered in 4 days... I would like a refund for the delivery.
