machine meets my expectations and is efficient. tests over the past week on 100% ibérico bellota cured ham were perfect! same for cured sausage, bread, eggplant etc. for carpaccio, it's better to chill the meat in the freezer, without freezing it of course. otherwise, cleaning is a little more complex than indicated, so use a flathead screwdriver and a 13 mm wrench.

Item as described. Unfortunately, I had to send an email because I hadn't received my item (I waited 2 weeks) and I was told "out of stock until August".

Site recommended by my brother, very good experience. Fast and efficient communication, I was then delivered quickly. I bought a nutcracker for black walnuts (American walnut) which are extremely hard to open! The nutcracker is very good except for the wooden support which is a bit light. If I force it, it breaks! But it doesn't matter, I'll fix it on a solid surface. Thanks to
