Item conforms to order Due to the festive season, the chronopost delivery was probably a little long.
I bought two salmon smokers without understanding, for lack of sufficient information, that as they could only be smoked hot, they were not suitable for smoking salmon. I discovered this when I tried to use the first one (the second was for a Christmas present). I called your company, hoping for some advice and help. I was greeted with a (borderline) friendly welcome and a complete disregard for the customer's needs.
