It's perfect,I've used it for apple juice and grape juice,I'm going to make tomato juice.with the apple concentrate I've blended it and made compote mousseline.I'm going to make tomato juice;for a better result,a longer pipe,a small tap instead of the tongs and a hook to hang the tongs or the future tap from one of the handles of the container,the steam is very hot.
