Perfect! Excellent quality, very easy to use and clean. Slices everything (bread, cheese, sausage, ham) with disconcerting ease. I hesitated for a long time between a manual and an electric slicer, but to be honest, this manual slicer is perfect for family use.

It's a pity that the instructions for use or the technical data sheet are not available online on the product page. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the model I'd chosen required me to wait for the sterilizer to reach temperature before starting the timer.

Manual tomato press, very efficient for tomatoes and chestnuts, but when it comes to fixing it to the table, either the Italians have thin tables or their so-called engineers are at the level of 6th graders. You have to put the food in the oven, hold the body of the machine and turn the crank. That's a lot for 2 hands. I'm going to cobble together a more suitable support,

The image of tompress as a company that contributes to a more sustainable lifestyle (home cooking, local and seasonal produce, etc.) is completely tarnished for me because, following a miserable order, you keep sending me glossy, plastic-wrapped advertisements and catalogs. I never asked for this documentation, nor, to my knowledge, did I authorize you to send it to me.

Best degreaser I've found. Don't forget to wear gloves. Apply one coat, put a paper towel over it and apply another coat. Wait 20 minutes, clean and repeat. I've used it on very dirty stainless steel and enamelled cast iron. I don't know if it works on painted sheet metal.

I emailed Tompress about the item I was considering buying and got good helpful feedback. I decided to buy, and the item was delivered very quickly. The item itself is good value for money and could be modified the way I had envisaged, and so it now sows larger (wheat) seeds than it was designed for - well done Tompress!
