1) The parcel was not delivered, I was notified by email of the non-delivery. I therefore went to collect it myself. 2) I phoned you to let you know and, above all, to express my dissatisfaction. I was literally told off by your receptionist, who told me that there was nothing he could do and that I'd just have to "sort it out with my letter carrier".

Response from tompress.com
Hello, We are sorry that the delivery could not be made by the postal services on the date initially planned. Unfortunately, we do not have the power to force a delayed delivery by Colissimo and can only appeal to your understanding. We understand that you are disappointed by this response, but it was the only one we could give you in this specific case. No

Order placed in early December, delivery in February. Information by e-mail would have been appreciated. It's all the more unfortunate as the product lives up to expectations.

Pathetic... An order blocked for more than 2 months for a book in the process of being restocked. To limit shipping costs, the order is sent in a single shipment, even though the company has no way of knowing when it will be available again. The only way to be delivered is to cancel the order for the book... which I did after 2 months. And then, instead of just cancelling the book and shipping it back, I had to cancel the order.
