Good product, as described. The delivery of a bulky product, however, could be better informed according to the relay points that had not accepted the package.

The best way to improve is to communicate more about possible delays! It's because I contacted you that I got a status report on my order! Two months of waiting all the same! And that's a real shame. Otherwise, there's nothing to add: the products met my expectations.

All very well in terms of quality. But change carrier ( geodis) . They only have HGVs and do not deliver to streets with regulated tanning. 8 days to be delivered since their 1st visit which they refused to make, not a phone call to agree on a meeting place. Follow-up only by e-mail while waiting for a telephone return. In short, over-reactive tompress.
