Hello, It's difficult to bottom the pan so that it doesn't stick anymore. Method not explicit enough.

Very satisfied with the speed and reliability. Too bad the product doesn't fit my jam jars: the lids are too small.

This sieve is of excellent quality. Firmly planted on its 3 supports, it remains stable during all handling operations. The mesh is solid. I use it to strain homemade jams. I highly recommend this product.
