Equipment (Reber 22) received within 5 days of order, which was just what we needed. The equipment was in good condition on receipt, and the protective packaging was of good quality. Satisfied with the 1st use for a 150 kg pig made in 1 day, the mincer enabled us to make sausages, boudin and pâté without a hitch. It remains to be seen how reliable it will be over time. I recommend this product.

Fast, compliant delivery. Tested the product with several wines: OK when the temperature is 20°C. A temperature-correction abbaque is needed, otherwise bringing the juice to a perfect 20°C is sometimes complicated.
