Delivery problem with Chronopost. Delivery scheduled for December 27 and no news until January 4 despite messages to Chronopost. Parcel only picked up on January 6 even though I paid for urgent delivery.
The lid of the pot arrived with a ding which does not seem to have been caused by transport. I will not return it for that but I am disappointed.

I did not receive any notification from the post office. They couldn't find my parcel at the post office. I had to look for it myself at the relay depot. A barcode or QR CODE is missing to identify the parcel.

Extra-long delivery
An item was available 15 days after my order. I thought I would receive a 1st parcel 3 days later and a second 3 weeks later. But no, I had to wait. What's more, the waiting item turned out to have no delay and no message. I called them.
I have mixed feelings about the material. The coating seems to come off after just one use, and black streaks are present in the chopper body when unpacked. The retaining screws loosen during use. I'm afraid this item won't last long. In addition, the system for holding the chopper to a table is poorly designed, as it only allows the chopper to be attached to the edge of the table. On an old chopper, this right-of-way was much greater.
I'm usually very satisfied with the sawdust I use for smoking, but I took a 15kg bag. The granulometry is too large and consequently burns very poorly.
