I made a mistake with the total number, my daughter did not receive her package despite my searches.
I did not appreciate having to wait more than 3 weeks for the delivery which was supposed to be announced in the days following the order, while the payment was debited immediately.
Waiting time of more than two months for a common product. No commercial gesture.
Beautiful article, a bit just for the induction fire to take over but other than that rather good.
Upon receipt, the package was impeccable but there was a small dent on the tank, apparently the device had been packaged like that. Being in a hurry, I did not make a complaint but this is a bit unpleasant.
The packaging cardboard was so fragile that it opened in two during transport, luckily the wax blocks were put back in the rest of the cardboard by the carrier... Not very serious on the part of the seller who is economical with packaging!
Nothing to say about Tompress. The package was very well packaged and fortunately! The choice of the company Géodis for delivery is a disaster. No professionalism. During his first visit, the delivery man simply took a photo of my front door and declared that I was absent with open shutters and a car parked in front of the door. After protesting to customer service (reachable with a premium rate number), the delivery was postponed to the next day. This time, the delivery man called just before arriving and left the package in front of my door. By the time I came down from upstairs, I saw him leaving... no chance to check the integrity of the package. And to top off this disastrous delivery experience, the email received to evaluate the service leads to a page that says 'the survey is now closed.' The simple choice of this delivery company will make me hesitate a lot for a future order.

Delivery times very very long
The delivery was not only very long but not at the agreed delivery point. The package drop-off site being closed, I was redirected to a site far from my home which forced me to get transported to go pick it up
The received device is damaged on the left side and the leg is bent.
Had to wait a long time
Products conform to the description but the cardboard was too fragile and arrived torn in several places and the product packaging was crushed.
Your company suits me very well but the last order was not good, it took way too long (6 months) I didn't like that, thank you
10 days to receive a crushed and patched package from the post office. The seller is not responsible, very affordable product 😃

The big problem is that you take orders, but you don't take responsibility for them. Out of stock, not available. I never receive an order on time, or it's incomplete. The worst is your 2024/2025 catalog, which we may receive at the end of 2025. On those, you're still a good store with quite a lot of choice, at least when it's available. Clt Patrick
My product is excellent (the Castor peeler) but I'm sorry that you didn't inform me of the delay and that I had to contact you for information.
Ordered chopper on 10/02 with payment for delivery within 24 hours as the chopper was urgently needed. Good reception, but the chopper doesn't work... Back to the after-sales service, repair, and new reception of the repaired equipment on 25/02. It turns out to be a defect in the equipment, as a pin was missing from the rotor... No compensation for the inconvenience caused, nor any commercial offer proposed....plutôt déçu....

We were not notified of an out-of-stock situation for one of the products we ordered. We had to worry about it because the entire order was still on hold, even though we had opted for Chronopost delivery, which in itself indicated an emergency ....

Order placed on 21/01/25 and shipped on 23/01/25! My parcel, theoretically expected on Friday, arrived on Monday even though I left home on Saturday. To date, I haven't been home, so I can't comment on the product, only on the service provided by tompress.
The part I bought doesn't fit on the old REBER pushers I plan to buy the complete reinforced gear support for 5 l pushers because the plate has the same dimensions
