The big problem is that you take orders, but you don't take responsibility for them. Out of stock, not available. I never receive an order on time, or it's incomplete. Ordered chopper on 10/02 with payment for delivery within 24 hours as the chopper was urgently needed. Good reception, but the chopper doesn't work... Back to the after-sales service, repair, and new reception of the repaired equipment on 25/02. It turns out to be a defect in the equipment, as a pin was missing from the rotor... No compensation for the inconvenience caused, nor any commercial offer proposed....plutôt déçu....
