Hello, I placed an order for a flambadou on December 14th. You informed me the same day that the parcel had left by Colissimo. Worried that I hadn't received anything, I checked my account on December 17, and to my great surprise, it said that the parcel had been delivered the day before..... I have reported this problem by calling you, you must do some research with Colissi.

Order not delivered. I placed an order on 13 12 2021 and it was not delivered. After 2 complaint emails and a telephone conversation I have been offered a refund. I hope this will be done as soon as possible. Your site is well done, too bad for a first order!
