I placed this order but it wasn't the right size, after checking I would need 72mm lids, the mouth of the pots being 70mm. But on your ads I only found 72mm lids, but in plastic.

Very good very fast delivery in two days Very good extractor and easy to use Too bad lacks a more thorough explanatory leaflet on how to proceed with what quantity of water, the volume of products to extract as well as the tps!!!! Fortunately my friend Google was there to find the necessary explanations !!!!

It's a shame the unit isn't fitted with a thermostat and supplied with instructions.

Perfect delivery of material. No problems with assembly. However, some of the fixing screws used in the wood were found in the packaging due to insufficient pre-fixing. None were missing, but I think it would be a good idea to draw the customer's attention to this problem. Sincerely René Sibourg
