The épépineuse doesn't quite live up to expectations. I chose this model for the adjustment screw, which is supposed to change the proportion of waste removed. In fact, this screw is useless. I would have had the same result with a much cheaper model.

Fast delivery and well-packaged parcel. Misses some explanations in French which would not be too much for novices.

Apples have to be sliced before grating, which is laborious. Then the mechanism should be removable for better cleaning. The outlet funnel is too wide, so the slices are scattered.

Fantastic! This Tompress will change the way your kitchen works! We live in England and this was recommended by a family member in France who's been using this for years! The delivery was very quick and we think the price is extremely good value for money. It is made of very good materials and very well designed. Highly recommended!

I'm rather disappointed with my purchase, the épépineuse was delivered without a pestle (you have to be very careful with your fingers, DANGEROUS device), nor an anti-splash protection, as soon as you turn the crank backwards the cone dislodges, and all this at price 175. This was my first TOM PRESS purchase, and certainly my last.
