Rescheduled delivery time

I ordered two items, one of which was unavailable for four weeks. In order to obtain delivery of the first, I had to cancel the purchase of the second, and I received no information before asking why the delivery was delayed. What a shame. Other online retailers automatically split delivery if one of the items purchased is missing. Not Tom Press.

Despite a stock problem that forced me to change my order after 3 months of waiting, I received the product I ordered (but one piece instead of 2).
