Very well packaged, and works perfectly for what we wanted to do with it: remove the small inner skin from chestnuts to make chestnut purée. It goes much faster than by hand, even if there's a bit more waste. Also works for apples cooked for compote to remove skin and seeds.

Product delivered quickly: to date, the vats have been filled with apple juice for cider (3 x 60-liter vats) and have given full satisfaction in the first few days of fermentation. It remains to be seen how they will hold up over time and how they will be used when bottled.

I'm disappointed by the lack of information on how to use and maintain the tompress automatic vacuum filler. The enclosed document does not correspond to the equipment delivered. Instead, it's an instruction manual for a Reber vacuum filler! The first vacuum tests were mixed, with the absence of instructions for use corresponding to the equipment.
