I waited 2 1/2 months but I know your supplier took a long time to restock. I was able to put my chopper back together. There was no oil in the reducer and the Spi seal spring had broken. It's the result of lending it to a friend who doesn't want to buy one and who, what's more, has lent it to other people and returned it to you eight months later in this condition.
