The idea of a plastic pot is an excellent one, as it weighs much less than a stoneware pot and is easier to handle. But this pot has major shortcomings: - Poor-quality plastic with encrusted manufacturing waste (made in Slovenia) - Insufficient finish. Needed to be deburred before use - Lid pops off during fermentation, splattering the surrounding area.

The 30cm socca plate I ordered was the wrong size. The usable surface is only 25.5 cm, not a huge difference in height! The size of a frying pan in any shop corresponds to the usable surface, but not with you. Customer service offered me an exchange, but I had to pay the return postage (which was almost 10) and a big surplus for av
