Lack of flexibility on the part of the final supplier: Geodis. No gaskets supplied on the bubblers. Very good customer service, pleasant people and helpful answers.
Fragile merchandise, had to cobble together a mast the initial one broke off
I put 1 star for delivery because I had the option of collecting my parcel from the carrier (transco) where I waited 25 minutes on the quay for someone to deign to bring my parcel to me. Better to have it delivered. The only downside is that there are no instructions for use with my sterilizer (operation and basic advice). Very friendly customer service.

The problem with these boxes is that they are very fragile and many of them are defective on delivery, which means loss and no claims possible.
Stainless steel part of the press no problem. Lack of precision in the red-painted cast-iron part. Only one of the two pawls worked. I gave the press to a colleague; it hurt less than putting it in the metal container. I was probably unlucky.

Impossible to cut in melon with this device
The problems start with assembly: bowl assembly almost impossible, screw thread too short, grid spring too hard (you must have worked out a lot) and, lastly, an ineffective fastening system, given the effort required to turn the crank.
Having paid for a 24h delivery service, having waited 3 days to receive the parcel.
10 days delivery is probably normal. Various mail inquiries were not answered. Operating instructions only in French.

I ALWAYS ORDER MY LAUTREC GARLIC FROM YOU, BECAUSE IT'S THE BEST. ON THE OTHER HAND, YOUR PACKAGING IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. THE CARDBOARD IS TOO BIG AND NOT CLOSED PROPERLY. THE POST OFFICE HAD TO RE-TAPE THE CARDBOARD. SO I WAS LUCKY THAT THE GARLIC WASN'T DAMAGED.
The item we ordered is not strong enough for more than 10 kg. The handle unscrews. For 45 kg and over, you'll need a stronger corer.
Good evening We are very disappointed. We had ordered a sterilizer for 14 one-liter buckets and were only able to put seven upright and three lying down. Perhaps we don't know how to store them or we didn't receive the sterilizer we wanted.
I am very disappointed by this plum and cherry pitter. I've just tested it on mirabelle plums. They pass very well through the two-port tray, but as far as pitting is concerned: out of 10 mirabelles, 8 stones remain in the plums. Very, very disappointed. Not a product to buy. I wonder what will happen when I want to pit cherries.
The dispatch of a replacement product showed me that efforts were being made to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately, this product is not of high quality and should be removed from your catalog. Thank you for sending this
According to the website, the appliance I ordered is equipped with a Piezo ignition system. The one I received does not have one.

The cans had no protection, just walls in the box with no bubble wrap to protect them.luckily no breakages.

Ordered Friday around 08.00, paid by Chronopost, supposed to be delivered Saturday. In principle, except that Chronopost only delivered on Monday. As I'm not retired, I lost 8kg in preparation, which is a shame.
The supplier does not respond to the complaint. The appliance is not working properly.
One week to receive a parcel
Dish slightly sunken on one edge and glaze missing there. It was difficult to open the package on delivery because of the heavy rain and the extremely hurried deliveryman. The delivery service is absolutely deplorable
I've used the pans if the coating is very good so far, the tails of the pans are hot when the food is cooked, it requires to protect the hand to grasp the pan.
Bags too small for 10 kilo hams, I won't be able to use them.
